There are three unique areas on The Farm (not including player placeable buildings, e.g. Barn, The Coop, etc.). The farm's rock debris is not a primary way of farming stone (see The Mines). The Farm

The final upgrade adds a cellar which can age wine and cheese in Casks, it costs 100,000g. Neither the greenhouse walls nor the wood border around the crop rectangle alone impede fruit tree growth. Fruit Trees cannot be planted in the corners of the Greenhouse.
In the beginning of the game, you will only be given a single room with a bed, table, fireplace, television, and chair. Additionally, this upgrade unlocks marriage options, allowing you to pursue a romantic relationship with one of the eligible bachelors and bachelorettes in the game. Once your farm is established and you have a chunk of change saved, you can talk with Robin to upgrade your home.
